Missouri casinos generated $176,787,700 in adjusted gross receipts in July 2026, a 5.4% increase over July 2025, according to the Missouri Gaming Commission. Twelve of the state's 13 licensed casinos posted higher revenue than a year earlier.
Slots and Table Games Both Grew
Slot machines produced $153,549,522 in adjusted gross receipts for the month, up 5.3% year over year. Table games produced $23,237,625, up 6.7% and hybrid tables accounted for $553. Those three figures combine to the statewide total.
Ameristar St. Charles reported the highest total among the state's casinos at $27,106,856, followed by River City at $24,390,906 and Hollywood at $23,254,936. Mark Twain posted the largest year over year percentage gain at 12.4%, finishing the month at $3,311,970.
Bally's Kansas City was the only casino to record a decline. Its adjusted gross receipts fell 1.4% to $10,915,301.
How the Figures Fit With Missouri Sports Betting
The Missouri Gaming Commission reports casino gaming and sports wagering separately. Missouri sports betting became available to patrons in the state on December 1, 2025, following voter approval of Amendment 2 in November 2024.
The July casino figures therefore cover only casino gaming activity rather than sports wagering activity. The Commission publishes separate financial reports for each.
Missouri Betting Apps Are Reported Separately
The Commission maintains a list of approved mobile sports wagering licensees. Missouri betting apps are part of that regulated market, and their activity is reported through the Commission's sports wagering financial reports rather than the casino financial reports.
